Volunteers are essential to fulfilling Chamber Music Tulsa’s mission, providing critical assistance in a variety of customer service-oriented roles. And as CMT’s way of saying “thank you,” volunteers assisting during a show are often invited to watch that show for free, as well as an annual event recognizing volunteers and donors. Below are descriptions of the different volunteer opportunities available throughout the year, as well as a link to sign-up for current volunteer opportunities.

​Chamber Music Tulsa welcomes teen and adult volunteers of all ages in the following capacities:

​Any Given Child Volunteer: Chamber Music Tulsa partners with Any Given Child to provide a weeklong musical program that provides every 4th grader in Tulsa Public Schools the opportunity to experience chamber music. During the week we need volunteers to help with the 10am and 1pm performances each day, assisting with greeting students and escorting them to and from their seats.

​Concert Volunteer

Assist with our Saturday night salon concerts. Our concert volunteers assist with a variety of things including set up and tear down, name tags, CD and ticket sales, and seating.

​Outreach Volunteer

Every ensemble that CMT presents provides at least one outreach event (often more). That means we have an abundance of outreach events throughout the year that could benefit from volunteer help. The events vary from coffee shop concerts to college master classes. Volunteers assist with set up, tear down, and customer service.
