PARKING

There are multiple opportunities for parking within walking distance of the building. The first is the lot located directly to the east of the building, bordered by Detroit and Cincinnati Avenues and 2nd and 3rd Streets. There is also a parking lot directly south of the building and another on the southeast corner of Third and Cincinnati. There is also an underground parking garage that connects directly to our entrances and the Hyatt Regency Hotel, which can be accessed on 2nd Street. These parking areas are not owned or operated by the TPAC and will vary in price from lot to lot.

How to Park in the East Lot

212 E 2nd Street, bordered by Detroit and Cincinnati Avenues and 2nd and 3rd Streets

When you arrive:

• Park in any unreserved space
• Scan the QR code on an AirGarage sign with your phone’s camera, or text the number on the sign
• Enter your license plate and payment method
• Tap “Start Parking” — you’ll receive a confirmation text with a link to your session

When you’re ready to leave:

• Open the link from your confirmation text
• Tap “End Parking
• Your information will be saved after your first visit — next time, just scan and go.

GETTING TO THE THEATRE

From 2nd Street: Use the north entrance located on 2nd Street. Follow the hallway to the right of the grand staircase, and take the elevator to Level P.

From 3rd Street: Use the south entrance located on 3rd Street. Take the west staircase, located on your left as you enter the building, up one flight.

ACCESSIBILITY

ADA-compliant entry doors are available at the entrances on both 2nd Street and 3rd Street — both entrances are covered by canopies. All theatres are accessible.

From 3rd Street: Use the south entrance located on 3rd Street. In the main lobby, you will find the ticket office, coat check and restrooms along the back wall. The main bar is in the center of the lobby, and the concession areas are located on the right- and left-hand sides of the lobby doors. Use the elevator on the west side of the lobby and take it to the Orchestra Level, labeled O. Please find an usher, who will ensure you enter the Hall from the correct entrance.

From Garage: From the street level, use the elevator in the southeast corner of the garage and go to level G. Once on the Gallery level, turn left and use the ramp to access the 3rd Street Lobby. Once in the lobby, use the lobby elevators located on the west wall to go to the Orchestra Level, O. Please find an usher, who will ensure you enter the Hall from the correct entrance.

From 2nd Street: Use the north entrance located on 2nd Street. Follow the hallway to the right of the grand staircase and take the elevator to Level P. Turn left and left again and look for an Usher in a maroon jacket, who will help you the rest of the way. Please find an usher, who will ensure you enter the Hall from the correct entrance.

The TPAC has a Listen Technologies RF system to assist people who are deaf or hard of hearing. Ask the house manager on duty for equipment. Devices are provided at no cost.
